Note 1: At NEO-SOCIAL, we begin our collaborative exchange with a 3-month introductory phase of shared discovery — allowing space to understand each other’s rhythm, cross-functional dynamics, values alignment and approach to the work. Following this period, we look to evolve into long-term collaborative partnerships.
